OASIS Topology and Orchestration Specification for Cloud Applications (TOSCA) TC

During today's TOSCA Community meeting, we discussed the following:

• The credential reference types moving into the community core profile, which is the last item the 0.1 release was waiting on
• A single requirement name for deployment layering, with host declared once on the base type, and runs-on and available-on retired
• Two changes to the application types: an interaction port so that other nodes can be pointed at an application, and renaming SingleHostApplication to ServerApplication
