OASIS Static Analysis Results Interchange Format (SARIF) TC

I apologize for missing this during today's SARIF meeting.
Someone submitted a candidate for a SARIF logo, in Github issue #631.

The issue I see is possible intellectual property considerations
no matter what code we choose within the logo, but I didn't mean to
leave it out of the meeting.

Given the IP concerns, I will still take Microsoft up on their
offer to help, unless someone objects.

David, I was the one who previously submitted the logo candidate on GitHub (247arjun is my personal GitHub account). Happy to chat more about this in next month's meeting.
