    Dear UBL TC,
     
    As a UBL TC voting member, I hereby confirm, in my role as the editor of the CEN/TC 434/WG 3 Syntax Binding, that UBL 2.5 Committee Specification 01, dated April 15, 2026, as published here: https://docs.oasis-open.org/ubl/cs01-UBL-2.5/UBL-2.5.html, has been successfully used for the upcoming revision of EN 16931-3-2:2026, which is currently under final vote by the National Standardisation Bodies.
     
    The specification is being used as the basis for interoperability specifications within the European Union, enabling consistent data exchange between multiple independent implementations and service providers.
     
    In addition, I, Svante Schubert, have developed an implementation for validating and processing UBL 2.5 invoice documents, as well as for generating UBL 2.5 test documents in the context of EN 16931:2026. This implementation is intended to serve as a reference implementation for testing, validating, processing, and demonstrating the use of UBL 2.5 invoice documents in the context of EN 16931:2026.

    The above uses are in accordance with the conformance clauses specified in sections 7.1 and 7.2 of the specification.
