    Dear UBL TC,

     

    I hereby confirm that Logius has been successfully using UBL 2.5 Committee Specification 01 dated April 15, 2026, as published here: https://docs.oasis-open.org/ubl/cs01-UBL-2.5/UBL-2.5.html

     

    The specification is being used in the context of the Dutch implementation of EN 16931, supporting the development of national interoperability frameworks for electronic invoicing. This use facilitates consistent data exchange across independent systems and service providers.

     

    Our use is in accordance with the conformance clauses specified in sections 7.1 and 7.2 of the specification.
