Dear colleagues,
I suggest to do our TC meeting on 2026-11-18 as an in-person one in conjunction with the CSAF Community Days 2026. We were quite productive in Raleigh last time and I hope we can reach the same productiveness when meeting in-person again. A formal voting regarding that suggestion should happen during our next TC meeting (or via email). The plan would be to do at least a 2h meeting on the 2026-11-18. If people are in already earlier, we could also think about an additional session on 2026-11-16 8:00-12:00 CET.
If we want to be extra productive, we could potentially add the Thursday as full-day meeting. However, that would require a sponsor.
If you haven't booked your ticket for the CSAF Community Days yet, the in-person TC meeting could be a good excuse to do so ;-)
