OASIS Topology and Orchestration Specification for Cloud Applications (TOSCA) TC

During our TOSCA Language Ad-Hoc meeting of Wednesday Oct. 23, we discussed cleaning up our (growing) set of github issues:

1. There are a number of issues that are clearly obsolete by now. Chris to go through these issues and close them
2. We currently use two repositories for issues: the tosca-specs repository and the tosca-community-contributions repository. Issues that related to the TOSCA language itself need to be consolidated in the tosca-specs repository.
3. For the remaining issues, Oliver suggested using a github project board to manage those issues.
