I created Issue27 relating to the fact the OSIM may want to use concepts/info from the OASIS UBL Standard (as suggested by participants in the OSIM Charter discussions), but OSIM and UBL operate under different IPR rules. OSIM operates in the Non-Assertion Mode and UBL operates under the RF on Limited Terms mode. What does this mean wrt OSIM making use of UBL information (eg what if we wanted to use some of their definitions from their spec? What if we made an info model based in part on their non-normative data model?).
I see there are many OASIS Staff Contacts on OSIM roster. Would one of them (Kelly?) address this issue by replying on the GitHub issue?
