Thanks for the five that responded to the Doodle Poll. The best time for our regular meetings is the Second and Fourth Thursday from 11am to 1pm Eastern; this should show in your time zone.
The repeat function in the OASIS doesn't seem to easily allow this pattern, so I'm just doing February right now and will do future months soon.
We plan to target 90 minutes or less but please reserve the full two hours in case an active meeting runs longer.
