Attendance: Bryan, David, Lucía, Joachim
D: we will discuss the logistics for the face-to-face meeting. We have the LRC meeting this week here and I will continue promoting the XLIFF symposium event. Bryan, could you make a note to the TC, because we are having the F2F in the MSFT Campus and some details are needed (name and company and cars details) in advance to have access to the place. Bryan, do you know as well if there are people outside the TC interested in coming to the meeting?
We will have three meeting rooms (well equipped), so we can subdivide ourselves if necessary.
Bryan: when would be the deadline?
David: Friday, 12 October, but maybe it is better to say 5 October.
David: Regarding the Symposium, the programme has been published not so long ago, the only worry is the small number of registrations so far (around 20 people), we are expecting around 70 people. I would like to ask everybody to help in the promotion. The full FEISGILTT set up is for up to 150.
Joachim: I would not start worrying this early, I have not registered myself yet.
