    1. Ian to move the details of Virtual Connection semantics from Terminology to Operational Behavior.

    2. Simon will change Correlation Id to two byte Packet Id for consistency.

    3. update the QoS2 descriptions and diagrams to match the consensus

    4. review and update the entire draft for use of Packet and Application Message. Do not use just “message” as that is not clear

    5. review and update the entire draft for use of open and close of Virtual Connection

    6. Ian updates the Publish without Session description to not preclude Unicast.

    7. clarify that MQTT-SN does not deduplicate

    8. be specific about DUP flag use. DUP of 1 must be used for any QoS 1 and 2 packets not sent for the first time.

    9. re-review Topic Registration and Alias sections for consistency in terms and understanding. Clarify what happens if a client rejects a REGISTER request (see item 2.8 in Miroslav’s questions).

    10. We need to review/rewrite the operational behavior sections which are inherited from MQTT-SN 1.2 (4.15 and 4.19 through 4.25).
