The AMQP Bindings and Mappings (BINDMAP) TC meets on alternate Tuesdays at 10:00 US EST (15:00 UTC, 07:00 US PST) interleaved with AMQP TC meetings.

Meeting opened at 10:02 EDT. Meeting is quorate.
- Minutes from September 29, 2015 approved.
- Websockets: John Fallows, Rob Godfrey discussed email exchange re redirects. Agreements pending Rob's checking with the AMQP core spec on one point. John will update websockets spec draft.
- JMS: continued working through wd06 - discussed vendor properties related to content-type and content-encoding, how JMS library should treat them, and how interoperation with non-JMS participants would/should work. Intend to continue working through the document next Tuesday.
Tentatively planning to meet next Tuesday, 13-October, same time, to continue working through JMS wd6. Left off at section 5 today (page 26).
Next regular TC meeting is Tuesday October 20.
