• Meeting Schedule: February 13 and 14. Start time: 9:00 AM on Februray 13 and End-time: 3:00 PM on February 14
• Wifi: During registration, please make sure your email address is correct.

• Break: The host will provide beverages during coffee breaks. Participants have the opportunity to purchase lunch in the Nokia café or outside restaurant.

• Transportation: Nearest airport is Dallas Fort-Worth International Airport (DFW). Nokia office is very close to DFW airport, 10 minute drive. Recommend to rent a car, taxi, or Uber. Walking nearby hotel to/from office is not good option.
• Hotel: There are good choice of hotels near Nokia office, e.g toward east side of Nokia office. NOTE: Highway 114 is under construction between DFW airport and Nokia office. Recommend to avoid any hotel between this section of the road.
