During this working group meeting, we will continue to discuss the use of a layer to represent the cell broadcast specifics necessary for that mobile device alert dissemination.  

Over the weeks of these 7 scheduled weekly meetings, we will discuss other aspects relative to the MAP (hand-set performance); regulator and other MNO specifics as well as prepare for a presentation on the topic at the CAP workshop training day.
