- #50 lots of discussion. Xliff philosophy is that codes are protected. Discussion between markup representation and invalid characters within the format.
DF: jliff is a translation format.
RVE: pure json does not advocate use of <cp/>
- #52 vendor of extension should publish xml and json serialization in order to serialize legally. xml enables injection of a namespace.
SOAP headers `mustUnderstand` header. If `mustUnderstand` then cannot be dropped or ignored.
RVE: propose `mustUnderstand` header.
DF: this would also have to be introduced on the xliff side. xliff has element and attribute extensions. We can use the context mechanism within jliff. userData is a vocabulary of objects.
