Merged three pull requests: 121, 115, 114. This closed 4 issues.

Fierce brainstorming on identifiers. In the end we decided that there is going to be an optional property on lexicographicResource which tells you which addressing mechanism the resource uses: either URIs with dashes (to support static hosting scenarios where the server responds to the URL by returning the entire dictionary and the client is then responsible for locating a fragment inside it) or slashes (to support dynamic hosting where a server responds to the URL by returning just one specific object: a single entry, a single sense, a single example, and so on). The default will be slashes. Michal to implement in the text.
