- UBL-212
OPTION 2 (An ABIE conveying the change information s added optionnally to each notification document.) is selected with the following reasons:
Advantages
- Effort is limited to create one ABIE only once.
- Ease of maintenance
- Streamlining of change management
- Ease of implementation and of understanding
- Instances can be easily created programatically
- No new document already to the ontology
Disadvantages
- Duplication of information (depending on the elements that we agree to add to this ABIE
- Need to update all notification documents.

Are Parts and Lots the same birds?
1- Calling those Parts Lots may create a lot of confusion for the business because those parts are forecasts of potential calls and the business would confuse them with real lots.
2- Lots are specific to a procedure.
We could rather create new ABIEs to convey the Part information. But this would entail duplicate some information (the purpose).
Part do not belong to a procedure but to a planning.
We will make the exercise of creating PLANNING and PART objects in the ontology to check how it fits with other objects.
