Darryl Tewes will help collate this information. [13-Dec-2010, Troubleshooting docs] ACTION: Gershon Joseph took the action to document use cases to share with the group as possible basis for developing markup that could be included as specialization and/or recommended as addition to the TechComm domain. [13-Dec-2010, CLI] ACTION: Gershon Joseph to contact Bob Beims to discuss what they are doing with CLI. [13-Dec-2010, change tracking] ACTION: JoAnn Hackos to develop use cases for change control. 5. Discuss items this SC would like to address. Possible items include: * Command Line Interface (CLI) documentation - Are the current set of DITA elements adequate? (Cisco is not finding them adequate.) If not, we need to recommend changes to DITA TC. - Do we need to document the current set of elements more clearly? - Do we need to disseminate best practice information about documenting CLIs using DITA? - Who in the community is using DITA to document CLIs, other than IBM and Cisco? - Do we need kwdname to compliment ? - Do we need fn in synph? * Quick Reference Guides * Change control * Multimedia solutions - Support for multiple image/multimedia objects * Are there Tech Comm deliverables that your company needs to produce that might need unique markup or output considerations?
