Rodolfo, Very well explained, and thank you for clarifying the difference between the 'conformance clause' and general processing expectations of the format. We should make use of the standard 'ISO/IEC Directives' terminology ('should 'must' 'must not' etc) in defining the processing expectations for each feature within the specification.
