Regarding the proposed OASIS event at HL7 Baltimore: HL7, through Mary Ann Boyle, has responded positively. There are two caveats. The room may be set up with the tables in a U as most rooms will have earlier meetings. If a meeting is open during the day, HL7 will have the room set up with tables (better for a reception). Mary Ann pointed out our conflict with Corepoint’s reception (the beer event). This does not preclude us from Tuesday evening, just a reminder. If we want to proceed with the event on Tuesday, I will confirm with Mary Ann.
