I will not be able to attend the Emergency call today.  I have a project call I must attend.   Regarding the proposed OASIS event at HL7 Baltimore:  HL7, through Mary Ann Boyle, has responded positively.  There are two caveats. The room may be set up with the tables in a U as most rooms will have earlier meetings.  If a meeting is open during the day, HL7 will have the room set up with tables (better for a reception). Mary Ann pointed out our conflict with Corepoint’s reception (the beer event).  This does not preclude us from Tuesday evening, just a reminder.   If we want to proceed with the event on Tuesday, I will confirm with Mary Ann.  We will need to create a blub for the meeting and a slide for display during meals Monday and Tuesday.   -Scott     Scott M Robertson Principal Technology Consultant PharmD, RPh, FHL7, GISP, CISSP   Kaiser Permanente Technology Risk Office Health IT Strategy & Policy 310-200-0231 (office) tro.kp.org ---------- kp.org/thrive   NOTICE TO RECIPIENT:   If you are not the intended recipient of this e-mail, you are prohibited from sharing, copying, or otherwise using or disclosing its contents.   If you have received this e-mail in error, please notify the sender immediately by reply e-mail and permanently delete this e-mail and any attachments without reading, forwarding or saving them.   Thank you.

Hi Scott,   We just concluded our EMTC call. Your two points below were discussed: We are fine with the âUâ shaped table arrangement for the âEDXL BoFâ session 10/2/2018 at HL7. As you know following the BoF, we would like to have a reception and possible demonstrations. We feel this can be accommodated with using a couple of the rectangular tables near the back or brining in a couple of round tables for the last hour. We understand the Corepoint reception is that same evening. We are ok with having our event on this day/time in any case. We hope to have one or more sponsors that can provide refreshments with along with our compelling dialog on EMTC work and hope for a good attendance
