Hi  João, my name is Massimo Cristaldi and I'm member of OASIS steering committee working with Patti Aymond, Elysa Jones and other great professionals working on EDXL from the very beginning. I hade your reference from the group and have been tasked to follow up to check the possibility of present your idea as a proposal to the Commission. As a company (and at personal level) we have a quite long track of success in EU funded projects mainly focused on Interoperability (you can see a brief list here:  http://www.iessolutions.eu/en/projects/eu-project-security/ . The idea is interesting and sound, for sure. The only issue we found potentially problematic is the instrument you have selected among the possible funding opportunities at EU level: the project you're mentioning are generally less research oriented and more "applicative" and are normally promoted by a number of public sector entities wishing to "buy" a solutions that is already a prototype.  In CC my colleague Uberto Delprato: we may organise a confcall somewhere next week (as he's currently in holidays) to talk better about the the opportunity and the way we may find to get some funding to proceed on it. Do you agree?
