Friends,   I thought our call went a bit short today – there was a topic I meant to bring up regarding our spending plan!  It is the Standards Coordinating Council (SCC).  There will be a  meeting in Reston, VA March 23.  It is a one day meeting (during the OMG week) and I can stay with friends to keep costs down.  However, I would need travel costs covered:  It would be between $500-$750.    I would like to update the SCC on our EDXL work – specifically the completed effort regarding the Xform between TEP and HL7 messages, the upcoming workshop for CAP and EDXL day in Rome.  I would also like to learn what they are doing on some of the other fronts that could impact our work – like NIEM EM domain and CTI.  Please respond to this email with any discussion.  If it seems the group would support, I will start a ballot to approve using funds from the Adoption Support to cover it.    Thanks, Elysa

I would like to make a motion by email here that we approve travel expenses for Elysa Jones to attend the March 24, 2017 Standards Coordinating Council (SCC) meeting in Reston, VA not to exceed $750.
