OASIS eXtensible Access Control Markup Language (XACML) TC

Does the attestation need to include a URI to the CS02 document, or is referencing it by name sufficient? I seem to recall something about this came up in a recent TC call, but I don't recall the outcome. My previous posting included the relevant text from the TC Process. "A TC may require a Statement of Use to include hyperlinks to documents, files or demonstration transcripts that enable TC members to evaluate the implementation or usage." This TC has not done this, so the answer is no. Hal >
