That element would be "cbc:WithholdingTaxAmount". Ideally this new optional element would be included before "cbc:PrepaidAmount" and after "cbc:ChargeTotalAmount" to make the calculation a more logical flow. I do not think there is a need to have WithholdingTaxInclusiveAmount and WithholdingTaxExclusiveAmount.
