Hello Richard, Glad to have you with us. Two points to avoid confusion: - The TC has elected to manage all business by means of electronic ballot. TC meeting slot is still reserved in the TC calendar, for now meetings don't take place. - You will automatically gain voting rights at the end of the 60th day after you became a member. You'll lose voting rights if you don't vote in two ballots running - so if you go e.g. on an extended vacation, pls remember to change your status to leave of absence on the web interface. Hello, Richard! I have accordingly updated your status to Voting Member. Congratulations! Please note that there are two active ballots at the moment. Please take a moment to vote on them. If you don't have an opinion, please vote "Abstain". Sorry about updating your status later than after 60 days on Mar 21 as I was supposed to - I assumed I will get a reminder about that. 4 ballots closed on Mar 22 - so my mistake means you didn't get to vote on them. The vote for them all was unanimous (except https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/virtio/ballot.php?id=2777 which I proposed and then decided not to pursue, so I closed it prematurely) so a single vote wouldn't have changed the majority vote. Still, you can review these ballots under the TC ballots page https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/virtio/ballots.php Should you have any concerns, please let the TC know. We did not release any work products in this window, so it's not to late to make specification changes as necessary. On Wed, Jan 21, 2015 at 11:08:20AM +0200, Michael S. Hello, Richard! As you have not participated in any ballots since, I have changed your status to that of persistent non-voting member. Should you want to change your status and start voting, please notify me and the TC. Thanks! On Sat, Mar 28, 2015 at 07:13:14PM +0100, Michael S.
