These changes would create two membership tiers (associate and premier) and adjust the calculation method and amount of dues. Here is the presentation from the November board meeting outlining scope and purpose of the change:  2019-10-27 - Dues Structure Proposal.pdf This change requires three votes: 1) Approval of the bylaws revision 2) Activation of the new bylaw provision allowing for a second tier of membership 3) Approval of the new dues structure To pass, the bylaw revision requires a YES vote by 75% of the board. The other two votes, while only requiring a majority vote, are contingent on the approval of the bylaws revision. The two documents you will be voting on are here:  OMF 2020-2021 Membership Dues - PROPOSED.pdf  OMF-Bylaws-20191204-v1_4-PROPOSED-REDLINE.pdf Voting is now open. Out of respect for holiday time off, voting will remain open until 1/3/2020 at 1pm ET / 10am PT. Each board member gets one vote, but may appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf. >>> CAST YOUR BALLOT HERE Â<<< Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
