    Team,

We need to update the Co-Chair and membership of Spencer. What steps need to be taken to remove Spencer from the TC and as Co-Chair.

    Regards,

    Ryan

    I am surprised and confused.

Did Spencer Yezo leave the TC or OASIS or HYPR CORP?

Note: They will not receive these mails as they are
indicated as having unsubscribed from the mailing list.

In case an OASIS member leaves a company, then they will
leave OASIS and have to join under another organization
or as individual members to continue to conduct business.

In that case the remaining Co-Chair continues to conduct
business on their own until other members are being elected
as Co-Chairs or the TC decides to go with a single Chair.

Just to be clear: The Co-Chair position of Spencer is
a personal position and not a position of their organization.

@Kelly: Can you support us here please? It is not helpful
that the roster management seems to have lost the automatisms
it once had a year ago with the "kavi".

    Thanks.

    Best,
    Stefan.

    Hi Stefan,
HYPR has departed HYPR , and with his new role I believe he chose not to have his new company and or personal participation within the TC.

    Hi All:

From a rules perspective, here is some information on selecting chairs:
    - A TC must have at least one chair at all times and there are no upper limits on the number of chairs. (OASIS had a policy change earlier this year that removed the limit of 2 chairs max)
    - I suggest issuing a call for nominations to the email list that will remain open for at least 1 week followed by a simple majority vote in a quorate meeting, or voting via the mailing list/ballot facility.
    - Note the results in meeting minutes and notify me so I can update on my end

Please let me know if you have any questions,
    Kelly
