Data Provenance (DPS) TC

Dear TC Members,

I've created a pull request with the draft meeting minutes from our July 29 TC meeting. Unless I receive objections by Monday, August 5, I'll consider the minutes adopted via lazy consensus and proceed accordingly.

As a reminder, during the meeting, Bryan and Lisa shared the latest drafts of the following documents and encouraged all TC members to review and provide input:

• Executive brief
• Use cases

Please take a few minutes to review these materials and add your comments or suggestions. If you could please include the section your comment relates to when including feedback on the use cases, it will allow the editors an easier way to account for and incorporate your changes.
