Reading the notes for Issue 19 (External Mu support), the notes from the 19th say:
- Simo helped get it into shape. No change on the second part of generate Mu. PR comment from an external person to be addressed.
- Some people want to model it as a Digest algorithm.
But our notes from November 5 were that we merged Issue 19 already. I believe these notes actually belong with the discussion of

December 3 Meeting:
In tomorrow's agenda, we will need to make a motion to approve our statements of use. Here is the proposed wording:
