This Working Draft (CTS WD28) completes this pass of UML updates and revisions for the entire technical content of the specification.
This clean PDF allows a hierarchical table of contents (Acrobat calls these "bookmarks") to be shown in Acrobat Reader and other PDF viewers.
The DOCX will be posted next, with remaining comments from our previous Public Review.
