This draft has completed the UML and text for market, segment, and session reference data, building on the common subscription model already applied in Tickers.
This is a Work In Progress draft because some clean up is necessary and the payloads sent by the subscription mechanism aren't defined yet for the Reference Data -- they will be essentially header information and the already-defined reference data types.
