It has been stated that the 'D&TA Executive Briefing' will be contributed to this TC. Personally I think that would be a good basis for an equivalent "DPS TC Executive Briefing' but it would require some modification before I'd agree to its text as approved text.
First we'd have to decide 'where' we'd want it. Some groups have been very successful at having a separate website, maintained by the TC, for 'awareness & adoption' (what a for-profit company would call sales and marketing) of our efforts. Some groups use GitHub pages. If someone volunteers to help with this, I think it would be very useful. Another possibility (and both are possible) is that we make a Committee Note which this could be the initial basis of.
Second, we'd need permission to remove the D&TA copyright on the text we move into whatever we put it in. I'm not sure if that comes naturally as part of contributing. I know owners retain rights when they contribute. Usually contributors remove markings like that unless they do want to retain the copyright in the OASIS output. I was involved in a massive pain in the butt associated with DHS trademark on STIX and I would really like to avoid something like that in future. I don't recall seeing copyright on any other contributions so I'm not sure and OASIS staff should tell us how to handle copyrighted contributions and if we'd end up in a similar mess to STIX.
Third, we'd need to clean up the text to be DPS TC oriented instead of D&TA oriented. Since it involves a lot of quoting, we'd need the permission of those quoted that it is still applicable to DPS.
Fourth, they would need to be some nits and lice cleaned up. Eg Francis is no longer OASIS ED. Maybe Jim could make equivalent quote or keep Francis is either his new role or as 'previous ...'.
But all of this is just musing until an actual contribution occurs.
