Hi Jaime,
As requested, we've reviewed, corrected, and verified all links as well as embedded all images: https://github.com/oasis-tcs/ubl/releases/download/UBL-2.4-ISO/iso-iec-19845-draft.zip
The .zip contains:
- A revisable Word document of UBL 2.4, with all figures embedded.
- A reference PDF generated from the same source.
Please let me know if anything further is required.
Best regards,
Kenneth

Dear UBL TC: One more comment and request from JTC 1 ITTF. Regards JBC
Please note, on European time until 30 August
Hi again,
ISO also notes that all the links in clause 6 about the UBL are broken links that will need to be updated with new links from an URN

Hi Jamie,
In order to process the document, ISO is asking for:
- New revisable file in A4 with all figures included.
- Corresponding reference copy in A4
Please send them to me by Friday, 8/22.
Thanks
Lisa

Hi Jamie,
The files have been uploaded to the ISO portal. Now we keep our fingers crossed that nothing else is needed and all is accepted for ballot.
Best
Lisa

(These are the larger attachments of images and nonnormative portions.)
Dear JTC 1 Secretariat and colleagues:
OASIS is pleased to submit the following OASIS Standard to ISO/IEC Joint Technical Committee 1, for transposition into an International Standard under its Publicly Available Specifications disposition process:
Universal Business Language (UBL) v2.4.
UBL is a single specification document, sent in several alternate formats, including (at ITTF's request) a DOCX formatted version in paper size A4, and with all image files supplied separately, together with the attached optional NISO XML format. UBL does include ancillary schema and computational files, not part of the narrative specification, but also enclosed (as with prior UBL versions) in a set of compressed files attached with this communication. The source URLs for each of those files also appear in the enclosed Explanatory Report.
This transmission is separated into two messages due to attachment length.
Just as a reminder, to distinguish this submission from other JTC 1 work:
- This submission is an updated version of ISO/IEC 19845:2015, previously transposed.
- We also have pending with JTC 1 an earlier PAS submission of Open Document Format (ODF), an entirely different standard, originally sent in over a year ago, but with substantial edits re-submitted several months ago at ITTF's request. Like this UBL submission, that ODF submission similarly was an updated version of previously transposed ISO/IEC 26300. A number of JTC 1 national bodies through the years have expressed a strong preference that we do bring back subsequent updates as re-submissions to JTC 1.
Thank you as always for your assistance and technical support.
