Hi Cathie and Jim,

No issue with this payment specifically, but going forward, just like with other invoices coming from the OMF account can I please review and approve before you approve internally? 

Also, since this is a different payment method than what is in our current agreement, can you please confirm for me when the remaining 50% is due? I assume at year end so it can be reconciled with actual OMF revenue in '25. 

Again, I don't have a problem with this method/process I just want to make sure we are all on the same page.
