  • 1.  How I took attendance for today's call

    In order to take attendance for today's DITA TC call, I "registered" all voting members for the call and then tracked attendance.

    I'd like to know if you all got e-mail from the OASIS system as a result of my "registering" you. If so, hopefully that will be something that we can get rid off!

    Kelly, will there be a mechanism put in place in order to calculate quorum?

    I think so, but it was confusing. It came to me in the form of an invitation for the meeting that occurred in the past and said "Thank you for RSVPing for DITA TC meeting beginning 19 March 2024" in the meeting information. I thought it was you setting up the future meetings and so I responded to it which was the wrong thing to do. I have now gotten a similar one for 3/5.

    Hi Kris:

    I have a ticket open with the dev support team about a tool to calculate quorum. I will know more after my call with them on Thursday.

    Additionally, I am looking into turning off the email notification when a person is 'registered' during or at the start of a call. I think it is unnecessary and would also like to get rid of it. I will know more about this on the Thursday call as well.
