    6.67.3 ML-DSA private key objects

    The "footnotes" are 4,6,7 for CKA_SEED and 1,4,6,7 for CKA_VALUE which means that CKA_SEED is optional in C_CreateObject, and CKA_VALUE is required. The text below the table says that only one of them must be specified "on C_CreateObject".

     

    The same issue exists in 6.68.3 ML-KEM private key objects.
