I did not find any stopper comments (see attachment). The last point may warrant some more clarification on quote negotiation workflows. I am not sure if the following flow would also be valid for CTS:

| send quote response to B with different price/qty | |

| send quote response to B with different price/qty | |
| | send third (new) quote to A |
| send quote response to accept new quote from B | |

Party A responds to the quote from B with a different price/qty until Party A is happy with the quote from B. Then it accepts the quote.
I think in CTS, you want to let Party A immediately end the negotiation (unless it accepts it) and send a quote of its own to B, switching the role of quote issuer and quote receiver.
