We seem to have lost track of PR70.  Isaac opened and we discussed via email and at meetings. Unless anyone proposes changes, I I say we approve what we have.

I, Duncan Sparrell, move that PR #70 (define supply chain) be approved, and request that if seconded via this list, and no objections received via this list within one week (ie by 4-May-2025 5pm Eastern), that the motion automatically carry and the maintainers may merge the PR at their convenience.
