  • 1.  Motion to approve PR#78 on March Meeting Notes

    I, Duncan Sparrell, move that PR #78 (Meeting Minutes for 4-Mar meeting) be approved, and request that if seconded via this list, and no objections received via this list within one week (ie by 12-Apr-2025 1 PM Eastern), that the motion automatically carry and the maintainers may merge the PR at their convenience.

    I think there is an inconsistency in the March meeting notes. I was not present so I can't resolve.

    List participant list says Jon Ceanfaglione was NOT present yet the text says Jon receives voting rights (which he already had).

    Did you mean to say Jon loses voting rights since he missed the Feb and March meetings?

    It matters not just for these notes, but also whether or not we achieved quorum at the April meeting. We thought we hadn't reached quorum (4/8) but if Jon did lose rights then we actually did reach quorum (4/7).

    I am re-starting the clock on this motion. An inconsistency was pointed out in the attendance/voting rights and the error was corrected in the pull request.

    The motion will carry if no objections received via this list within one week (ie by 15-Apr-2025 5 PM Eastern),
