    Dear UBL TC experts:
        I am pleased to report that ISO/IEC JTC 1 has confirmed receipt of our PAS submission of your UBL 2.4 using the revised package shared by your editors with your mail list.
        We will also upload the whole package, exactly as re-transmitted, to the TC repository, so that we have a record there;  the finalized Explanatory Report also is appended here.
        I will offer to share a few more thoughts about timing and next steps with you either at your upcoming Atlantic TC call, or by further email.
