    Dear UBL TC members:
    As part of our upcoming press release announcing the pending approval of UBL V2.4 as an OASIS Standard, we are requesting quotes from our Premier and Sponsor members (see the list below). 
    Please submit your quote to me by Tuesday, 25 June. We've targeted 27 June for the press release distribution. Here are a few important points:

    Member Recognition:
    The subhead of the press release will highlight the following Premier/Sponsor members: IBM, Logius, Orbex Global Markets, Publications Office of the European Union, and the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) (plus any others who join/upgrade to the Premier/Sponsor level by 25 June). OASIS values the contributions of all members, however, only Premier and Sponsor members receive promotional benefits, including mentions in announcements directed to the press.

    If you represent one of the above organizations, and you do *not* wish to be included in the press release, please notify me as soon as possible.

    Submitting a Quote:
    Premier and Sponsor members may submit a quote (75 words or fewer) to be featured in the body of the press release. The deadline for submitting sponsor quotes is Tuesday, 25 June.
    Please email your quotes to me by the 25th, including the name and title of the person at your organization to whom the quote can be attributed. All Sponsor quotes remain confidential until the press release is published.

    Contributor-Level Members:
    If you represent a Contributor-level member and wish to be recognized as a leader in UBL's work, please contact me for information on upgrading your membership to take advantage of this promotional benefit. (The dues increase would be prorated based on your renewal date.)

    Help us Amplify the News:
    We encourage all UBL TC members to spread the word about this announcement. Please send me the name/email of your organization's marketing contact so we can work together to promote this exciting news.

    This is a reminder that the deadline for UBL TC Sponsor members to submit quotes for the upcoming press release is next Tuesday, 25 June. 

    Sponsor members IBM, Logius, Orbex Global Markets, Publications Office of the European Union, and the U.S. Department of Defense (plus any others who join/upgrade to the Premier/Sponsor level by 25 June) are encouraged to participate! 

    If you haven't submitted a Sponsor quote for the release but intend to, please let me know. 

    Also, please send me the name/email of your organization's marketing contact so we can coordinate our efforts for social promotion related to this announcement.

    Yes, to give you a better idea about Sponsor quotes, we're looking for quotes that highlight the significance and impact of UBL V2.4. Typically, the quotes we receive when a new OASIS Standard is approved express support, highlight its benefits/advantages, emphasize its innovative aspects, and recognize the collaborative efforts of the TC. 

    For example, here are three sponsor quotes that we received when CSAF V2.0 was approved as an OASIS Standard: 
    • "As the number of vulnerabilities exponentially increases, it is paramount to modernize and automate the way organizations exchange information about these risks.
