    Hello Ramses and Andrew, 


    Please see the attached draft report for December 2024.  I have spoken with Andrew
    about any further expenses that might remain open for 2024 and we believe that the 
    final wrap up of OMF Summit will have only a slight impact on the numbers presented
    in the draft report.  The auditor is currently reviewing the 2024 records and I will forward 
    the final report to you once it is complete.  If there are any outstanding issues that need
    to be addressed, please be sure to bring them to my attention.
