OpenDocument v1.4 approved as an OASIS Standard

    Dear OASIS Community,

    OASIS Open is pleased to announce that the call for consent has closed, and effective October 6, 2025, OpenDocument v1.4 is now an OASIS Standard.

    The ballot was held under the OASIS call for consent procedure, where the Committee Specification received 10 affirmative votes and no objections.

    Our sincere congratulations go to the members of the OpenDocument TC and to the community of implementers, developers, and users who have successfully brought this work to an important milestone.
