Data Provenance (DPS) TC

Hi everyone,

As some of you may know, I'll be transitioning off the D&TA DPS project at the end of August and stepping away from the DPS TC at that time. It's been a real pleasure working alongside you this year-your insights, dedication, and collaboration have been invaluable as we've advanced the development of these standards.

Over the coming weeks, I'll be focused on making this transition as smooth as possible and supporting the TC however I can before wrapping up.
