4. ISO News! This will impact ODF 1.3 and ODF 1.4
The details of the item will be covered more fully by artifacts for ODF
1.3 by Jamie, which should arrive before I post the agenda on Sunday.
The changes are "normal preparations for use by other standards bodies,
so we don't need additional approvals for these changes." That covers
both ODF 1.3 and ODF 1.4.

c. Parts - ISO can't sell part 1 for 127 CH so wants a three part
standard (Jamie will propose artifacts)
d. Do all parts need the supplementary files? Does each part invoke part
3 or are they independent?
e. Reference ISO Directives - URL is out of date - Remove references to
the Directives (Putting the Directives in was in the manual when I
started ISO work.)
I didn't ask but I assume we need to mirror Jamie's cuts in ODF 1.3 in
ODF 1.4, plus note it as required for ODF 1.5.

Resolution field "fixed" does not fit to current state. We had removed
it from ODF 1.4 and restored the text from ODF 1.3 for ODF 1.4.
Resolution should be "unresolved" and the "fix version" should be empty,
as it is not fixed yet. Comment from MS team is pending.
