Thank you, Rex! I will have some time to work with it tomorrow during the CAP training day. I'm about to go to bed now so leave me a note if you make more changes and I'll take it from there. We won't begin to play it until Wednesday morning, so we have another day to tweak. Thank you so much, Elysa

Collages don't usually work well in powerpoints-they get too busy and you're always hiding something when you layer them and they get very unwieldy to edit that way. Also the more you try to fit in a single slide, the busier and less legible it gets.
So, I organized by year as you suggested and made my best guess when I didn't know the year. That's as close as I could come to what you suggested. Also, I'm no longer expert with Powerpoint, so I can only do my best and hope it works.
I'm having a daytime nightmare trying to get the deck to play automatically with a minimum a wipe Transition from one slide to the next with a approximately 5 second per slide timing. However I've had to do this by hand since I haven't yet gotten the automatic timing to work. The first slide seems to take forever no matter what I do.
So I'm sending you what I have so far. And I will keep working to see if I can make it work the way the Help service says it is supposed to. Maybe you will have better luck.
See what you think and I'll see if I can get this to play automatically the way it is supposed to,
Cheers, Rex

Hi Rex,
This is looking Great! After review, I would like to suggest a different ordering – instead of by place, I think it would be better to do it by year. Was thinking start with the group photo for the year followed by a collage of pictures from that year. In that way, folks can look at the year they were there and also we can put more of the pictures in a collage.
Massimo's last name is Cristaldi from Italy. He served on the StC in 2017 and works for (or did) Intelligence for Environment and Security (IES)
Darmen's last name is Ellayah and is from Mauritius. He was formerly with the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Center (NDRRMC) and now consults for the World Bank.
The pic with Darmen which was at a Rome CAP workshop is on the same slide as the one from HL7. These should be separated.
I'm good with either 45 or 46.
I'm sure there will be a few more tweaks, but if you could start with this it would be much appreciated!
Thank you for all you do!
Elysa
