    Notes:
      The original meaning of SARIF was Static Analysis Results Interchange Format. The TC wants to clarify that the benefits of the SARIF format are for analysis in general, rather than just static analysis. Some time ago when we mentioned this possibility to Chet, he did a detailed study of our charter and he concluded that we could achieve what we want via a clarification rather than rechartering. In the proposed clarification (marked with tracked changes), we mostly just delete the word Static where it is not needed.
