    Hi Folks

    I tried to capture the hight level points of today's detailed discussion and next steps.  Could you please review for accuracy the areas you spoke to? Especially Darren, Bob, Simo and Dieter, though everyone's review (as always) is appreciated!

    Hi Valerie,

     

    only a minor comment for item 21: in 4th bullet please replace "TLS 3" by "SSL3" as this is the naming in the spec.

    Looks good enough to me,
    I think we discussed using the name CKA_SEED for the new seed
    parameter, but did not see that name in the notes, that said it will
    come up in Bob's proposal so it is not fundamental to capture that in
    the notes IMHO.

    I think what we should have in the notes though is that we decided to
    add a seed parameter to ML-KEM and ML-DSA keys but *not* to SLH-DSA
    keys where it is not necessary because the private key already includes
    the seed as part of the standard definition.
