    Dear OASIS Members:

    The ballot for selecting members of OASIS Open Board of Directors is now open! Your organization's vote is required to select the individuals who will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization.
    • Candidate Information: You can find information about the candidates and their visions for OASIS on our website.
    • Voting Period: VOTE NOW - Don't wait! Voting closes on Thursday, July 3rd at 21:00 hrs, 9:00pm US EST (UTC -4).
    • How to Vote: Each eligible voter has received a ballot via email.
    If you encounter any issues or have questions regarding the voting process, please contact us at member-services@oasis-open.org.

    Hello Board Members,

    In case you haven't received my numerous emails in the last 24 hours, I wanted to share that the 2025 OASIS Board of Directors ballot is now open. I think most of you are the voting reps for your organizations and should have a direct link to the ballot. For those of you who are not (and are not Individual members) please contact your primary rep to be sure they cast a ballot.

    I also encourage you to help spread the word about the election within your TCs. Increased participation will ensure a more engaged membership in shaping the future of OASIS.

    Thank you to the current Board members who have already voted!

    Help me out. What would be a reason I wouldn't just say I approve all? I don't see any competitors for the roles and I am unaware of any issues from an OASIS perspective.
