Update:  EDXL-TEP standard

TEP action items forward:

  1. TEP SoU's (1 from an OASIS member)
  2. TC resolution accepting the SoU(s). 
  3. Chet requests a Special Majority Vote to approve submitting the CS to the membership as a Candidate OASIS Standard. - 2/3 vote required
  4. Chet prepares a Candidate OASIS Standard edition of the spec and notify the members that it is available for 60 day public review. 
  5. Chet initiate membership ballot - 14 days - 15% of member companies required (45 give or take)
  6. Chet publishes the OS version of the spec and announce it to the world. OASIS puts out a press release to announce it as well.

TEP-HL7 Spec action items forward

  1. Mapping / transformation spreadsheet
  2. Committee Note document (wrapper)
  3. HL7 Process steps (OASIS will take normal steps up to the "Committee Note" stage)
    1. Feb 16th, 2014– NIB - Notice of intent to ballot

    2. March 2, 2014 – Initial content draft due

    3. March 23, 2014 – Final content due

    4. March 28 – April 28 – Ballot open for comment

    5. April 29, 2014 – Start organizes comments, meet with WG’s and address comments

    6. May 4 – 9, 2014 – WG meetings to address comments (ballot reconciliation)

      1. Assume one cycle completes this work

    7.  (DSTU – Draft Standard for Trial Use) - Can go to vote and publish at any time when completed – at least within a year

    8. Acquire 3 statements of use

    9. Publish as formal HL7 standard
