Fellow UBL NDR Subcommittee members, First, thank you for bringing to my attention that this committee was not referenced on the UBL home page ... I've submitted the changes in to the system for processing. Usually takes a while to get posted. Next, I was thinking after our call that, perhaps, we don't have to push to standardized BDNDR 1.1 before the first public release of UBL 2.3. Now I'm thinking that we use the first public release of UBL 2.3 to test the veracity of what has been put into BDNDR 1.1. That way we are testing both, and we aren't taking the effort to standardize BDNDR 1.1 before possibly finding a fault in it during our test of UBL 2.3. With that in mind, does anyone object to moving forward with the UBL 2.3 first public review using the draft BDNDR 1.1 work, and then finalizing BDNDR 1.1 before the final publication of UBL 2.3 having tested it during the public reviews? If you agree, no need to post and fill up the mail archive ... if no-one disagrees then I'll bring this suggestion forward to the main technical committee. . . . . . . .
